A young man agrees to help a woman return from New Orleans to Nashville. But tensions soon arise between the pair, and he realises it is not going to be an easy road trip. Things quickly go from bad to worse when he is pulled over by highway patrol and the woman begins to act in a strange manner. David is in danger, but as cabin fever sets in, he heads right on into it.
